RENOVATIK did a top class job from start to finish. Design was done by Kancho who took my original design concept and created a fantastic cad design which was forwarded onto me by email. A final design was created which contained any alterations that I requested. Ivailo manufactured a high quality unit with an amazing finish. Attention to detail was a key aspect in the finished unit. The guys came in after my original fitter left halfway through the job. They managed to fit me in the day after I spoke to them and worked 11-12 hour days to get it finished. The standard of work is very high and they have extremely high quality tools. They think carefully before they start something and make you aware of any potential unforeseen outcomes. Ivo and his team were very polite, professional and friendly. This was the first room that required work in my new home and one that was in dire need of remodelling and modernising. He was able to give good advice before and during the work. They did a great job of ripping out the old bathroom and installing the new furniture. But I will echo the comments of one reviewer who said that some of the work looked rushed, for us this was the painting and some of the tiling where it required more attention to detail. We had initially planned to strip out the engineered oak and try to restore the original wood flooring, but after some advice from Ivo and a bit of thinking – decided to just restore the current oak floors. Very happy indeed- tiling in particular was excellent, Ivaylo spent ages with laser lighting ensuring the lines were straight in my wonky bathroom. The new shower was beautifully and invisibly boxed in, all the corners sealed and coving replaced. Ivaylo was also very flexible with my dates and worked around what I needed without complaint. They have taken a very ugly kitchen and made it beautiful. Often arrived early and stayed late. They obviously, enjoyed what they were doing, especially the carpenter whose enthusiasm for his work was infectious. The tiler was studious and finicky and worked at it until the outcome met his standards. Several times they came up with innovative solutions to problems faced and should I be unhappy with something were willing to come back and change it. No request was ever too big, they have complete passion in what they do. After each work, they tided the area and informed me before they carried out anything including which direction I wanted the door to open.
